If I am understanding you correctly, just figure out one house, then multiply by 30
You mean the outside trim on 30 town houses right?
Price on one x 30

Re: Help With Biding Town Homes

Thats not enough info.

What is a "townhouse"....how big..one story or 2...dormers?..windows & doors?...new or repaint. whats the access like...whats the substrate?..prime 1 coat..prime 2 coats...how much prep?

slickshift has the right way IMO. Figure out the man hrs. needed for one house and go from there....look at one side of the house and just think (realisticly) how much time it will take to complete including everything thats involved from picking up the paint and other sundry things to packing up putting things back in their place after the jobs done. Do that all around the house and factor in extra time for more difficult conditions etc. Then go from there.
