Have you guys seen this tool?

I was wondering if they make paint scraps that cover a litte more than 180 degree of the roller cover?

That way its just two scraps and you are done!

Anyone seen this?

Scraps? Do you mean scrapers?
If so, you could make one out of plexiglass, or plastic.
Years ago, I cut the bottom out of a 5 gal bucket, and cut a hole in it just slighty smaller than a 3/4" nap, and a 1/4" slit running to the hole. You could slide the roller arm up the slit, into the hole, and pull the nap through. This would remove 90% of the paint. Haven't seen that thing for over 10 years I bet.
