Good news today

Builder friend called me, and I now have my first B2B client. He breaks ground next week, and handed me a small job for late next week to boot. No, "How much for X?" just, "Take care of it, I gotcha covered."

Now I just have to get another just like him and some small stuff in between and I'll be a happy camper.

Jonesey,
Congratulations. This small job should give you some insight as to how this guy works. Pay close attention. Is he on time, is the site clear, and all the other things he's agreed to. All those little things aren't such a big deal on little jobs but they can break you on larger jobs. Good luck, where ya gonna spend all your new money?
