Forms Management
We use 4-6 forms every painting job (as far as Start of the job checklist,Punch List after completion,End of the day checklist, crew leader checklist, mask and prep checklist, pre job walk checklist)
Let's share the forms with you guys. After the crew leader return back the froms to the office we file them or record them, but what is the best way to record them or you trow them away. Thank you |

Re: Forms Management
WoW... thats a lot of paper work...
It all depends on what kind of system you have set up or what software you use (if any) to record your information... Record first... then File You should create the most efficient system as possible... the less paperwork... the better... have a systems in place for your workers to work in the most efficient manner... step by step If you are creating your own puch list...the project isnt done... Have the homeowner or GC do the puch list... (walk around with them) As painters... we could spend ALL day picking things out... (there is no such thing as a perfect paint job) allow them to pick things out... If you have a good "quality control" in place... you should'nt have much of a punch list... Joe |
