Fence Staining

Hello guys, I've got general pricing question. I've got these folks who I am trying to sell a cedar fence, but don't want it to turn gray. So staining comes up, and of course they'd like to have a general idea about costs, and now I'm stuck in the middle because I really want to get started. Lineal footage is about 275' of 6'H, and approx. 192' of 4'H, eight shadowbox or solidboard. I guessed about $2,000 for the solidboard.

Approx. 2/3rds of this is through some foilage, which I would assume could be weed wacked and branches tied back. Any insight as to costs in PA? Would probably be a sealer and UV inhibitor.
