Exterior Trim Patching?

So, what do you guys like to use to putty/ patch exterior trim nail hole?

I like to use minwax epoxy wood filler or bondo coz it aint gonna fall out, but it is extra labor time.

If it's simple nail holes... Exterior grade caulking. But if it's a chunk of wood missing I'll use BONDO w/hardener shaped just a little thicker than needed and sanded down or Plumbers epoxy EP-400 EPOXY PUTTY set the same way.

With the latter I would recommend sanding ASAP because it dries hard as steel.
