Exterior Pricing 1994

Had a talk with a few local new contractors in my area, at a contractors breckfast put on by our paint supplier.

The prices they are charging for a typical exterior repaint of Rasied Ranch, is what we were charging in 1994, 13 yrs ago.

I brought some old proposals to show them and try to make them understand they need to charge for there work.

Many of the contractors who attended the breckfast have only been in business for 3-5 yrs and really have nothing to show for it.

It does not matter if your in the bucket our out, we work hard and deserve to make a good pay and profit.

After 10 years of training under my Grandpa in the Paint Bootcamp and another 7 on my own I must be up to a double PHD by now.
