Enamel over latex

At one of my job sites had an employee who cut in around doors and celing using enamel paint over latex same color different finishes. What is the best way to correct the cut in to remove enamel.

When you say enamel, do you mean oil or latex?

I don't know of any way to get oil off the walls. I'd sand it, and prime with an oil primer, then repaint with latex finish.

You should be able to sand it lightly, put a PVA over it and then coat 2x with latex.
