durabond and bonding primer

quick question.. when you have to put multiple layers of durabond in a deep hole in a plaster ceiling do you have to prime the hole each time with bonding primer before you put the next layer on??

I wouldn't.
It should be 100% dry each time.

Agree, I only clear shellac the hole, once.. then patch however many times it takes.
