We don't want him getting razzed like the last time he posted some pictures of his windows he trimmed out, I think I would just order prefinished ones.

That's the exterior stuff isn't it?
I tried it on a couple of entry doors
this year, and it wasn't quite as forgiving.
Then again it was really hot, and out doors
both times.

if you have enough room, stand the dors up in a zig zag pattern. Something like this if seen from the top. /\/\/\/\/\ Take stir sticks and tack to the tops of the doors where they come together. I can do 20 to 30 doors an hour like this with an airless. Wood scraps under the doors to keep them off of the floor. I like to use old pieces of shoe mold. If bound securely you can even sand between coats right where they are, dust and tack spray em again.
