Decks
I don't deal with power washing and resealing/staining decks but last fall sept/oct. I had about 20 people call for pricing. I had more than enough work just painting, If I did offer, what are some of you guys charging to wash and stain decks,rails,and steps. And what chemical and stains do you use.

I don't like doing decks but it brings in extra cash flow between jobs. I think we try to get 1.30 a square ft. Thats for ok stain better stain the price goes up.
