Company Meetings Or Training???
do you guys have them, if so how often, and whear do you hold them.

Very new business. Just myself and my bro and we usually meet every sunday for maybe 20-30min just go over the schedule and some #'s. Basicaly just to touch base and set some plans for adevertising and other things. Nothing major.

I am a small company as well. Myself and an employee. I set daily and weekly goals more than having a "meeting" per say.
I guess you could call driving 45 minutes in the my truck, to the job, a "meeting"-we do talk about work on the way, so....
