Commercial Proposals

Can anyone send me one of their commercial proposals so I can get an idea of what one should look like? What kind of info should go into it? I worked on alot of commercial when I worked for my family, but nothing to do with the bidding process. I know I can be competitive and all because it will be around 3k SF and pretty straight forward on the work. Any tips, suggestions or advice?

Have you had a potential client get scared away after seeing a contract like that?
