Commercial Exterior Quote Question

Pricing info needed....

Decent size professional building (medical) - main bldg w/addition added on rear ~10K sf footprint total;
partial brick veneer with horizontal cedar lap (~3300sf);
2-1/2 to 3 ft wide overhang w/rough-sawn ply w/center vent (~1800sf);
20' to 23' height
topo = flat to rolling with parking lot on one side of building only;
main, larger bldg needs 2 coats (dry & weathered appearance);
addition - 1 coat only;

Too much/not enough detail?
What would you guys charge to paint this assuming use of JLG lift equipment? Let me know what else I need to provide besides an actual photo! Would you guys pressure wash even though it doesn't appear 'dirty'? Your input is much appreciated.

Thanks guys!
Dale

Re: Commercial Exterior Quote Question

First question... why a lift for 23'? 2nd, i'll assume you are talking cedar staining the whole thing?

Anyhoo, staining that building here would run about 18k, but i'm not really sure how big the addition is, peaks and gables, how MUCH brick, etc.

The brick runs up from the ground to about the 1/2 way point then cedar from there on. As far as gables & peaks there are 6 small hip/gable louvered vent type deals that will need painted as well.
