commercial exterior lf cost

Wondering what a square foot cost might be for an exterior commercial building. This is a 20,000 sq ft building with minimal masking, Drive-it semi-smooth siding, An average height of 30 ft and a lift would not work on 80% of the building. Assume no prep or power-wash. I know square or linear foot estimating is only a base but that is what i am looking for here. I mostly do residential, new and repaint work. First time on this site, I am happy to have stumbled upon this painter friendly page. Any help would be appreciated!

I would recommend the national paint cost stimator for 53.00 on amazon or ebay.

Masking is like 0.40 psf spraying aluminum is like 0.60 psf per coat
spraying block is like 0.75 psf plus prep, cleanup, set up, overhead and profit.
