can anyone give me some base $$ for commercial painting-(drywall-doors-trim any info would be helpful!!! thanks

Cruel ! you guys are KREWL (but funny)

al., when I was just starting out and getting serious about submitting bids that could do more than keep my gas tank filled (which was easy @ $ .32/gal) I found Means Estimating Guide in the local library. It was FANTASTIC for me at that stage of my business. Gave all the "standard" prices per linear foot of trim and sf of walls. One coat or primer and two coat. Whatever. It did not cover old work (imagine that). It also had "fudge factors" for different regions of the country.

I saw on this or another forum someone else refer that book, so it must still be available.

Hopefully someone else can give more info
