Slick's got a formula....

"There's no such thing as a "going rate"
Don't believe it?
Call three different contractors in your area, you'll get three different prices
That's because different companies have different expenses, overhead, experience and quality"

And he's right!

There is some industry standard pricing available although there will be variables based upon location. You might look at the National Paint Cost Estimator for example.

However, I would agree with the previous post about the "going rate" issue.

Let me ask you this:

What is YOUR typical production rate for new drywall - sf/mh ?
What is YOUR cost for the specified product?
What is YOUR targeted gross profit?

If you can answer these you don't need to ask the question. Most commercial paint companies all work with similar production rates. Where they try to fine tune the estimate to land the job (and make money) is with material cost and playing with profit margins. I do some estimating for a couple contractors and we typically end up playing with our margins based upon the time of year, the competition, and more importantly, what we know about the client. There is a certain art to this fine tuning and a big part is being able to read the client and know what their expectations are.
