Clear Hardiboard Sealer?
I have an unusual request that at first seemed crazy, but has definitely got me thinking. I'm designing a house here in NM and we are using hardiboard as a rainscreen installation. I have done this before with a paint finish.
This client likes the natural cement look of the board. So the question, this may sound like heresy, but can anyone recommend a sealer product that could work with Hardiboard? I have looked at some concrete and tile sealers like GlazenSeal. These come in lacquer or acrylic finishes. Any experience with this? or just professional reckoning? all help is appreciated. Thanks, Mark |
