Re: Charged $2.75 Per Sq. Ft 3,000 Sq. Ft Interior Repaint

well, i wouldnt lie that i made 5,000 in 4 days with 3 guys help, it was a 1 coat repaint on all the walls, doors, ceilings, and trim, not that much prep work, labor cost came out to $8500, and the customer purchased all the paint. its not hard to make money guys, but i understand your lazy and old and want all your guys to do all the work for you.

I'm impressed, you started your business when you were 5 years old...

I started my boy on paints when he was 4 years old. He never branched out into his own business with it though like Paintenlite did. Kudos to you sir.

its a beautiful thing kid, now do it week in and week out.......

.....of course you'll probably say that you do.

$5000 for 4 days of work (roughly 32 hrs) = about $155/hr! 310K/year.

i know lawyers and cpa's that charge less than that. hey, the highest end union contractor i know doesn't even charge that and he's had nearly 100 guys working for him since the mid 1960's.

you must know something that he doesn't.

Kid if your so smart and professional why did you start this thread in the first place, and even if that was by accident why did you bump it up after 5 months to provoke a comment.

I don't think I'll call him to sub out work to any time in the future.
