cabinets

im doing the insides and frames of these very dark wood or wooden like composite cabinets and they need to get painted white..what primer would u reccomend and what kind of finish paint would u use...oil..epoxy lace latex?

You need to know what the surface is. I've seen the interiors done in plastic contact paper, mica............

its definatley wood and wooden composite...i know it can be painted i just want to use the best primer..hopefully low fumes but whatever works i will use
