Cabinet Finishing With Lacquer

We are starting a built in mudroom/laundry project in Wash DC area that will include unfinished prefab cabinets along with custom work (all paint grade).

Our regular painting subs are not at the level to do cabinet-grade finish painting. Would like to find a qualified sub who can spray doors with post catalyzed tinted lacquer system (SW or ML Campbell?) offsite and brush frames onsite.

Suggestions on how/where to find someone who knows lacquer??
