Since you're in Kentucky,
the Louisville Courier-Journal
makes nice ones.

Hmm...might be another sideline for my business. Anyone know any child labor sweat shops in third world countries I could have these manufactured at?

They seem simple enough.

I found THESE after poking around the net for awhile.

Re: Brush Covers.

$9.85 a brush cover, ouch! I like the idea of contacting the brush maker and asking for free ones! Also, we typically just use a masking gun with 9"paper, wrap the ferrule one or twice, fold over the bristles to the correct shape/form, and tape. Works great. Simple and you don't have to worry about losing it.

I use cling wrap when the brush starts to get a little funny.

Re: Brush Covers.

I've made my own. I just look around for the right kind of cardbord stock. Then I set everything up on my paper table & just trace around an existing cover with my paper knife. Works like a charm!

Re: Brush Covers.

I can get you some brush covers depending what sizes you need. I Have a paint brush business aside from being a painting contractor. I will be happy to send you some if you are still in need.
