Boat paint.

I have a customer looking for a white anti-fouling boat paint. Bottom side of course and preferably in quarts. We don't usually carry this and the only thing I have immediate access to is Rustoleum which only comes in black or blue. Any suggestions of what products would be good to look into?

Definately NOT Rustoleum...

You / He will find everything they need here:

http://www.jamestowndistributors.com

navigate your way to:

top categories > paints > bottom paint

if you can't find it there... it doesn't exist

I have personally painted all my boats using Interlux VC-Offshore but have also used Pettit Trinidad on customers boats when I worked as a marine Tech. Both are on the pricey side. It also has a lot to do with what type of boat it is and it's intended use. For speed boats some people use paints with Teflon in them to make the bottom have less friction and get a little more speed. I personally don't think it really makes a lot of difference in speed though.

I happened to find that site myself just this morning. I'm looking at the Pettit Vivid product. I'll have to see if he's willing to pay for it though. It is indeed on the pricey side. I'm not sure what type of boat it is. All I know is it has a fiberglass hull. Ace Hardware can order the Interlux for me as well but for $80 a quart and I'd have to get 6 quarts. Thanks for the help.
