BM Wall Satin

Anyone out there hear that BM is going to re formulate Wall Satin? remove the name wall satin and just call it flat, which is a better name for it.

I think they changed it a few years back for the worse, just doesn't seem as good as other flats anymore. Maybe other flats got better

when Aura is out are they removing the "Regal Name" on the current top of the line, another thing I heard floating around.

They have done that in Canada for a while now.

Their top line is called Collection.
The Wall Satin is called Flat

I hadn't heard about a name/formula change, but did hear that they are going to drop all their 'stock' colors except for maybe 2 or 3. I think they are keeping Navajo and Linen.

As long as they trash Atrium white. That color is the worst covering color.

Have you guys smelled the new reformulated bm eggshell (aqua velvet). i used it the other day and got so many complaints about the stench. it was truly the worst smelling paint ever. Idont ever remember it being that bad. very metallic.

Yeah, I do not like the Aqua velvet product at all. It lays out funny and does smell kinda funny. I used to work at a Duron paints and know that manufacturers always cut quality to save a buck.

Unfortunately Moore cuts quality but doesn't pass the buck saving on to us
