Referral/example work is the only way to go... my recent customers last months with slack time in-between. They find extra things that need to be done before I pack up and leave. Of course the initial contact is key. I won't do B & G and stick to it.

I did a repaint, and whoever painted before went right over dirt, pasta and sauce on the wall, tape...

A lot of extra prep for me.
