Bidding on Iron rod fence

Going to bid on painting ext. iron rod fence 10' section about 600 ft. long. It is 6' ft high. What is the best way to bid this kinda of work. I have been in business for 1 yr. but most of my jobs have been int/ext house painting. Thanks

First, is it new or old? How much rust [prep] does it have, if new is it primed?

Besides being a PITA, round rods are substantially more difficult that square when laying the paint down.

so your painting how much? because a 10' section, 600 ft. long x 6 ft. high is confusing my brain...
