Best resource for estimating?

Relatively new to estimating. What would be best for learning a proper estimate format? books? systems? software? any help would be highly appreciated.

A qualified person with experience.

Really, search through the threads here, this subject is hotly debated at least once a week.... there is already loads of information on how to price and software to use.

yeap experience is the only true way to know your production rates, so g out their and paint something clock it and repeat, untill you have a productiong rate for every thing you want to estimate.
