Cool benjamin moore transparent stain

Hi folks,

I'm new at staining decks, I just finished getting the deck back to its original look. stripper, powerwash, neutralizer, looks awsome

the customer wants to just use a waterproofer thats fine.......they want to know if they can use a transparent stain next year.... if so do i have to strip the waterproofer off next year before i stain or what

i'm not sure of the process

thanks for the advise in advance
