Bathtub, tub surrounds etc finishing & refinishing

ok fellas,
I'm new to this forum and really like it so far. I have questions about bathtub finishing.

I own a Graco ProComp 4900 HVLP. It has a 4 stage turbine and can push most materials.

1) What is the best product or products to use? (i'm truly not concerned about price as much as durability)

2) What is the process as far as prep and application?

3) What is the total time in man-hours , on average to do a tub, start to finish?

4) What do you guys typically charge on a tub/ tub surround project?

5) tips or pointers?

please, only respond if you have done it or do it regularly. i'm not interested in what you've heard about it, experience only.
Thanks guys!
-Vandy
