There are other materials needed for this job, I'm sure.(roller naps, spackle, rags, caulk,etc.) The paint prices seem 'do-able' for decent quality. SW's Promar line is a cheaper quality paint you can get and it's about $15-25/gallon, depending on sheen.

Dont forget to make a profit on materials~stores give contractors discounts for the simple fact of charging the customers regular prices. DONT charge the customer your discounted cost!

How I figure smaller jobs is simple: T&M...
Example ~16 hours x $25/hr.=$400
$400+$200 (materials)=$600+gas charge=TOTAL

I charge for gas since it's been so high. I work it into my price. AND for the record, $25/hr. is DEF. NOT my hourly rate....I'm competetive, but not free!!!
