April Leads How Many??

We got 24 leads last month, how many did you get.

Counting all sources from direct mail to referals almost 200.

George how many guys again you have?? Do you expect those kind of numbers?? I think its all about ratios on how big of CO vs number leads.

Not enough painters.
Only six now but we keep looking for people.
The number of leads has been constant and growing.
I waste a lot of the leads, or I don't go after the ones that I don't like.

I don't like three storey and higher exteriors
Decks that need way too much work
Extra large homes that require a lot of custom work(the so called high end)
Demanding prospects that know everything
Difficult to close jobs.

I love closing jobs without seeing them.
Downtown condominiums are my favourite.
I have closed a few with great margins.

We need more painters

guys scoff at service work, even when they have the reources to do it.. new builds get slow & they wonder what to do... I actively persue new construction, yeah so what everybody does..
I persue it with the intent of builing myself another service client.. a service pool is worth about 1500 per season...
