Anyone Done Wal-Mart Remodel Painting
Several friends are painters doing residental and small commercial jobs. They want to start doing Wal-Mart remodel painting. I went to my local supercenter and figured it would take between $4,000 and $5,000 in paint. (300 sq ft per gallon)
My question is this - has anyone ever dealt with any GC's on these jobs? Do they pay after completion of paint or the end of the job? I contracted to Wal-Mart directly for some other things and it took forever to get money. Can I expect the same here? Is there money here or should I tell them no, I don't want to do invest. Thanks |
