A small amount of people like it, but most of the people forget it even exists. - Around here that is.

Also only a few people carry it - also around here that is.

Pratt & Lambert is awesome paint. It's a big name in the painting industry - and even though Sherwin acquired them - Sherwin does not make P&L paint - P&L is still it's own company. Now I won't say there hasn't been some management from the top pressuring them to make accolade slightly more competitive by using cheaper resins - but what do you expect?

I use P&L here in Chicago and have always loved it. It is harder to find now that SW aquired them. They do make interior stain and varnishes which have been used by painters for hell probably 100 yrs. They are an old school paint name around here.

How do these prices look? It better be pretty good to justify being in the 30 dollar range.

Pro-Hide Gold Semi-Gloss Gallon @ $19

Redseal Semi-Gloss Gallon @ $33

Vapex Flat Gallon @ $25
