Am I Paying To Much?

Hello all,

I'm in the process of getting my house painted and have talked with my first contractor today. He quoted my $1700.00 to pressure wash, sand some parts of the house that need it, and paint everything. One side of the house is brick. It is a two story 1500 square feet house.

Please let me know if this price sounds about right or if you need more information.

Thank you!

Johnny

Sounds cheap to me....what's he doing a quick rinse, one coat, no primer?
