Another thing some modular manufacturers do is put these plastic cup washer things under the panel cover screws, onto which a plastic "dome" clicks onto. Totally stealth look for the cover screws. They're a real treat to service, since you need to get the tip of your knife under the edge of the dome and pry them off. When they come unclipped to expose the screwheads below, they often fly across the room. Hopefully you can find them all to put back on, so it looks right when you're done. I suppose it might limit homeowner tampering in the panel too.
