Learn How To Use & Understand The NEC


First, it is important that you learn how to understand the way in which it is written.

Here's the NEC Style Manual we use when writing rules in the NEC.

Please download it and keep it handy.

See some of the requirements related to using correct language when addressing a rule, and how it is described by electrical industry professionals, and members on the NEC Committees.
