Warm Weather In Winter
Is there any opportunity to sub a couple of pool jobs in warm weather next winter? We've got three really good guys that I'd like to throw some work to during Jan / Feb before our building season starts. Looking for East Coast jobs. Carolinas, Ga, and so forth.

Re: Warm Weather In Winter
where are you?????
you must be in new england, sound like you're looking to retain your guys, so you will have them in the spring. that's commendable...

Re: Warm Weather In Winter
We're in wild wonderful West Virginia. We've got a couple of guys that like to take off deer season and Christmas, but after the first of the year, they need money and we don't have much going on for them.
