actually, right now it's still just as busy as spring. Closings and then there's new con that everyone wants to get started on so they'll be ready for spring

Nick,

It's nuts right now.(Just like Dirt said).

We had a slower construction spring but it looks like the fall will be catch up time.

Think we may need some plastic over the holes and heaters to keep going longer.

We'll see what the weather brings come December 1.

no thanks, on the tenting, its never worth it?

in full "rocking out work mode", all the "leakers" are coming out of the woodwork. getting a little chilly for 28mil, & been A + B ing like crazy. smoking bits & grease seals.

Gotta back up dennik on that one. North o the border we got 30 plus degrees. I'm still working on my tan, and still at least 40 closings to go.

you gotta love globel warming. I have 4 pool decks, a 10,000 sq.ft. drive, and 2 patios to do yet this season. I finished up a pool deck last year, correction, this year in the second week of January here in Nebraska.
