Renovation Is Hot This Yr

wow what a week for renovation sales..

I think its due to the spring & summer of rain we had in CT last year.
the rain put a damper on outdoor enthusiasm in general...

I ve always suspected that I could junk everything but renovation & repairs while making plenty of money and maintaining my sanity..

how bout you gentleman?

Yes the market has picked up. This week's warm temps seem to be the cause. Funny part is when I look under covers there is still plenty of ice. What type's of renovation work have you lined up so far Ray?

i sell about 40-60 ig liner changes per season,,

ice stays to mid arpil always, i identify the package by coping

ice douesnt really hinder quoting , might miss a sand bottom now & then but its safe to write them now..
