New Pool Construction Contract
I've done several vinyl liner pool complete installs. A couple personal pools, and some others in conjunction with houses I have built. This spring I keep getting calls to do new pools. I had considered selling and installing pools in addition to (or instead of ) the new home construction a couple years ago, but didn't get enough response to my advertising to take the next steps. Given the current state of my homebuilding business, I am not passing up any opportunities for work.
Anyway, it looks like I have at least two serious customers for pools almost immediately. I am trying to find an appropriate contract. Obviously my home construction contracts are not specific enough to cover this situation. Can anyone share one or point me in a direction. Thanks, Tom |
