You said that it is a fiberglass pool, which means that it is probably not going to be too big to move.

The questions now would be:

How big?...How old is it and what condition?... How close to your house is the neighbor?...And how difficult would the access from your neighbor's property to your property be? ...Are there going to be any setback problems etc.?

It does not have to be a pool guy to answer most of those questions, although they would likely have a better idea on the pool condition and maybe even the worth of such a project. Good luck.
