How Much Decking...

I am just finishing up a design. I am trying to met a certain budget for the job.

I have about 520 sq of decking around the 3 sides of the pool. No decking on the other side. There is enough decking for 5 lounge chairs on the one side.

The design also has a 450 ft patio on the back of the house. There is a 15 ft walkway between the patio and pool decking.

Do i have to little decking?

They will never have tables or anything out by the pool since the patio is right there.

What do you think. I am going for a certain look here, and i think less decking is more in this case.

at least 30 inches around the entire pool, if you want to sell the safety cover,
