how many seasons do you guys get out of a liner out there? I'm guessin 5yrs & its shoe leather above the H20 line????? & got a close up of the spill wall? did you use "stair gasket & plate?"

I'm in Omaha, NE. My company name may be a little misleading. Have clients with the same liner for 8 years so far. Have close up pics, but will have to find them and resize, may take a few days to get to it. Yes , did use a stair gasket with the plate cast in the wall.
