Shower Surround Caulking Fix Needed

I have a client that had another contractor renovate her condo after Katrina and she has the unit for sale but the shower surround is one of those 3 piece thin fiberglass kits.

The most obvious problem is that the panels do not seem to be glued to the wall as good as they should be so they are flimsy/loose around the bottom edges where they get caulked to the tub and in the corners where they get caulked to each other so the panels are pulling away from the caulk on one side of the caulk or the other and the panels are pulling away from the caulk attached to the tub.

The client does not want to remove and reattach the panels (since they could crack trying to remove them depending on what was used to "glue" them to the greenboard) and just wants it re-caulked but in a way that will last longer than the poor job done the first time.

Are there any bath & tub caulks that will adhere to the fiberglass panels strong enough so that if someone leans or pushes against the panels, it won't peel or separate?

The client talked about using an epoxy which would form a hard and strong bond which would reinforce the flimsiness of the panels where they meet the top of the tub but I'm not sure if this would work either.

Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions. I'm heading over there now to take a few pics so I'll add a couple when I get back in a little while in case my written description leaves anyone scratching their heads. (I had to use a "confused" smiley since they didn't have a scratching the head smiley. lol)
