Kerdi And Moisture Sensitive Stones/thinset

Got an estimate for a shower re-do. Customer has it all designed with different types of tile. Theres onyx, green marbel, porcelain, ceramic and possibly limestone for the border.oh-glass tile too- I havent installed Kerdi before but want to but am concerned about pigment transformation and or non adhesion. Schluter says unmodified thinset to set the tile but says check with them as for glass tile and green marble. Whats the hitch. I want this job correct from the gitgo but because I havent installed kerdi before im gettiing paranoid. I am going to contact schluter tomorrow but would like to hear from someone whos installed kerdi before with these types of tile and stone. Thanks, Charles
