How much per SQ FT for a backsplash in Atlanta GA
I do not normally do tile but I can do it, and under the current times I have a couple of jobs I am doing where I want to bid on the backsplash tile job. I was wondering what is the going rate per SQ FT to do a backsplash in Atlanta?
Thanks for the help,
Scott

Measure the height, width, and depth of the place you want to tile.
divide that number by 408
Take the square root of that number and multiply by a factor of 1.493278
Take that number, add your age and your weight and then divide by 3
Take that number and .....damn, can't remember the last bit of the formula...sorry dude, your gonna have to figure out how long it is going to take you and figure out how much money you need to make in that time
(kinda like the rest of us!)
But in all seriousness, I know the economy sucks, I hope you know what you are doing, and if you do, good luck

The air conditioning in my wife's car isn't working up to par. How much will it cost to fix it?

last time I talked to Greg24 he was thinking about dropping his price to 325 ... seems someone in Atlanta who had no clue how to price tile work was undercutting him on all his tile back splashes

go to tile supplier, get names of a couple of tile guys, call em ,get their prices, have coffee with em, find one you like who seems to have a reasonable price, is professional etc, get his numbers add a reasonable precentage for your self. If you get the jobs get the Heck out of his way.

If you don't know what your doing ? . bid the job Time & Material, but please don't let the Owner know it's your first time, Maybe try charging for what one of your house payment are , (Now ! that's the right price) . don't laugh a concrete guy Ive used for years charges his house payment for every job he does, ? go figure, he has a nice house, nice truck and his kids dress nicely ? .
