Covering Furmica Walls

The walls between my countertops and cabinets are furmica. I need to replace this furmica but the furmica extents up behind the top cabinets. Is there any way to go over the furmica with tile or anything else without haveing to remove the furmica?

Re: Covering Furmica Walls

I'd do it the same way I covered this furmica table.
