cost of 5x8 bathroom

does anyone have an idea on what someone would charge for a mid range remod job , tub , toilet, sink , full tile walls ,floors , , new sheetrock . i was going to try and do it my self , but might just have someone do it , or swap , if someone need any masonary work , on long island , maybe patio, driveway .

you can get it done from $1200-$1800 labor charge only and material another -$600 for decent stuff

My wife thinks I can do ours in a weekend, so 16 hours x 13.75/hr = dam where's the calculator. Materials should be about a thousand, so a grand total of maybe 1400 bucks should have you sitting pretty. Got an old Buick to trade? I'll be right over

My first question for anyone asking about a quote is to ask them if they have a minimum $20K in the bank, the 2nd is to inform them that they have to meet me at the door when I go look at the job with $5,000.00 in cash. Then I will look at the bathroom.
