Wet Saw Question
Guys, I'm trying to decide between the MK-145 and the MK-170...and I just a have a few simple questions. I do a few small tile jobs a year...
MK-145: It says that it's only recommended for ceramic tile...I can't cut natural stone, such as travertine, on this saw? MK-170: It says that it can only cut up to 8" tiles diagonally...is this because of the motor mount arm? Or because of the fence on the left hand side? Only being able to cut a 8" tile diagonally is a real limitation... Any insight is SUPER appreciated! -TC |

Re: Wet Saw Question
I'd suggest you spend the extra money and get the Felker TM-75.
I know that's not what you asked but I'd seriously think about it.... Between the 2 you listed, the lesser of two evils would be the 170. I wouldn't even bother with the 145. |
