Undermount Tub
Does anyone know how to undermount a tub with tiles. I have always thought that you had to undermount with a solid surface.

Re: Undermount Tub
Anything you can undermount with a solid surface can be undermounted with tile.
Tile being ceramic you are talking about straight cuts only such as the opening being square or rectangular. Porcelain or natural stone, travertine, marble or granite you can do opening other than square since you can grind the edges. |

Re: Undermount Tub
I was very unclear in my post above. I know it could be done to look okay. But functionally I am worried. I am worried that vibration when the jets are turned on would have more effect on tile than solid surface. Is this true?
Thanks. |
